The squeeze handle makes it easy to dispense food from the disher for a more efficient kitchen assembly line. It is also ambidextrous, so it is designed for both left and right handed use. Each scoop holds about 2-3/4 ounces of food products. This disher is ideal for school cafeterias or just for scooping ice cream without much food waste. Size 16.
